Where to begin.........

Thank you for visiting my website which has been online since 9th May 2003.

Despite my best (or worst) efforts, the website is still under construction. YES, I am still working on it but seem to be finding it difficult fitting in the time...   Anyway, as you can see the emphasis of my site is on Elvis Presley so I hope you find something of interest to you. Check this site later, please.

My time seems to be mostly spent at work or with my family. My wife Louise, and daughters Megan & Caitlin still put up with my love of all things Elvis. I even got the chance to go back to Graceland again in September 2007 with all of my friends at the Elvis Fan Club in Aberdeen, Scotland. The precursor to that was a series of articles I had included in the fan club newsletter leading up to the trip. I have included those in one of my pages here if you are interested.....Please drop me an email.

Caitlin Anna now 4 years old!! Where does the time go...........

OTHER NEWS:

It never ceases to amaze me what a fantastic job Ally Rose and the gang at the Elvis Aberdeen Fan Club do. Ally, I do not know what I would do without the meetings at the end of each month. Elvis music all night, dancing and friends. Is there anything better? (Although for me you could probably leave out dancing!!)

A great woman some of you may have heard of is Cricket Coulter. Some Elvis fans may remember Cricket from the movie 'Elvis - That's The Way It Is' (the original version). Cricket was interviewed as an Elvis fan for the movie and currently lives in Georgia. What some of you may not know is that Cricket got to know Elvis very well over the years as well as his family and a number of Elvis' close friends. She wrote a book about some of her experiences and very interesting it is too ! I would highly recommend the book from a great Elvis Fan!

News - 7th August 2008
As some of you may know I do like my Elvis books, I suppose I have in excess of 200 at the last count. Well I am currently reading Sonny West's book 'Elvis Still Taking Care of Business'. It's been good so far but will reserve judgement until I have finished. Look for a review when I have completed it. I will say however that I am not one of the Elvis Fans who are highly critical of Sonny due to his collaboration on 'Elvis-What Happened?' I think many of us would have tried various ways to get Elvis to stop taking prescription medication, shock tactics was one option, unfortunately it did not work as we all know...  Sonny, I think you did try and after meeting you some years ago I am very sure of how much you loved him. More soon....
